Abstract:

E-Governance primarily employs information and communication technologies (ICT) to facilitate the inclusion of citizens and non-state actors in government decision-making, particularly in co-producing and administering public policies, while delivering public services. Globally, e-governance is becoming more prevalent, especially in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The achievement of the SDGs touches all spheres of society including both urban and rural areas.
